She has over 12 years of financial services and management consulting experience, spearheading roles including the Head of Transfer Pricing. Prior to this Zee held the role of Training officer of the Specialist training programmes at Nedbank. In her role as Training officer, over 150 CAs qualified under her supervision.
Amé Rademan, CA(SA), is an Associate Director at Deloitte with 12 years of audit experience specialising in audit and assurance analytics. She established Deloitte’s Audit Analytics Centre of Excellence and also established the Analytics Audit Trainee Program (a first of its kind in the auditing profession in South Africa), which is closely aligned with SAICA’s path to CA2025.

Schalk Engelbrecht is an ethicist, the Chief Ethics Officer at KPMG in South Africa, and a student of philosophy. He is responsible for KPMG’s internal ethics programme, and provides ethics consulting services to clients across different industries. Schalk has a PhD in Philosophy, is a research associate with the Centre for Applied Ethics at Stellenbosch University, and an Extraordinary Associate Professor with the School of Accounting Studies at North-West University.
Hamman Schoonwinkel, CA(SA), is a lecturer in Information Systems and Auditing at the University of Stellenbosch. He recently completed the Global Master’s in Blockchain Technologies at Zigurat Innovation & Technology Business School and was part of the CA2025 working group. Hamman is a member of the Global Accounting Alliance Technology and Data Analytics in Accounting Working Group and is the chairman of SAICA’s Community of Best Practice for Digital Acumen.
Marc Lottering hails from Cape Town, and is one of South Africa’s top comedians. He has been in the funny business for more than 20 years and continues to keep audiences in stitches across the country. Marc has extensive experience in both Theatre and Television, and has written no fewer than 16 one-man shows for the stage, earning him two Fleur du Cap Theatre Awards, a Naledi Award, and several nominations along the way. Lottering has also penned 2 critically acclaimed musicals.
Paolo Giuricich, CA(SA), is an Organisation Development Consultant and founder of Smarter EQ, and works with individuals, teams and organisations to optimise effectiveness in the working context. Paolo has worked globally with over 6,000 leaders and 21 organisations in 32 countries and has held leadership roles previously with Investec, KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Every day he is also a father, global citizen and complete travel junkie.
Tonia Jackson, CA(SA), is responsible for all aspects of the SAICA Training Programme. She has over 15 years’ experience at SAICA, having fulfilled various roles over the years, first as an employee and subsequently as a contractor. In addition to holding the CA(SA) designation, Tonia is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. She has a particular passion for skills development within the accounting profession.
Mandi Olivier, CA(SA), is responsible for all aspects relating to pre-qualification within SAICA’s Professional Development Unit. Her responsibilities include overseeing the setting and administration of the Qualifying Exams. defining the competency framework for CAs(SA) at entry level into the profession, overseeing training and the training requirements and more.
